Practice Making Comments

First, practice making a voice, text or webcam comment on the VoiceThread below.

Create Your Own VoiceThread in 3 Easy Steps

IMPORTANT!!!!  Don't let yourself get overwhelmed by trying to do too much too fast.  Start off slowly and try to do the steps below.  There are some pretty exciting and inspirational VoiceThreads out there.  There is NO reason you have to be the next "Picasso of VoiceThread" right away.  Just experiment with the application until you are comfortable.  The cool stuff will come later.

1. Upload some pictures.  Download this folder of random images if you don't have any of your own to use.

2. Make 1 comment on each picture.  Be sure to try out the following:

• A voice comment.
• A text comment.
• The "scribbler" to annotate your commenting.
• Delete a comment.
• Create multiple identities.
• Make comments using different identities.
• Add a title to your VoiceThread.
• Add text to your pictures.
• Add a URL to one or more of your pictures.

3. Share your VoiceThread.  Please add me as a friend using this email address: pollockburke@hotmail.com.  Then, e-mail your VoiceThread out to other people and show off your work!
